Overview

*This is a remote position supporting our East Coast Region. Ideal candidate will reside in the greater Philadelphia, PA area, greater Baltimore, Maryland or Tampa, Fl. 

 

As a Real Estate Specialist II, you will provide key administrative and process support throughout the real estate transaction lifecycle, from site identification through lease execution. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Legal, Construction, Architecture, and Finance teams to ensure internal workflows remain on track, while also liaising with external stakeholders such as landlords, developers, and brokers. This role is essential to maintaining transaction timelines, organizing documentation, pipeline planning accuracy and ensuring clear communication across all parties involved in new store development.


Overview of Responsibilities

  • Support Directors of Real Estate (DOR) by coordinating tasks and deadlines through the real estate transaction process
  • Track and monitor key project milestones, dates, and deliverables from site identification through lease execution
  • Coordinate and support external communication and relationships with partners
  • Schedule meetings, prepare status reports, and assist in follow-ups to ensure timely progress across multiple active deals
  • Maintain organized and accurate Real Estate deal project files and documentation
  • Assist in preparing Real Estate Committee approval packages, ensuring all materials are complete and submitted on time
  • Communicate with landlords, developers, and brokers to collect necessary information and support on time deal execution
  • Collaborate with internal partners to align workflows and document needs across Research, Legal, Construction, Architecture, and Finance teams
  • Escalate issues or delays that may affect deal timelines to the appropriate team members
  • Coordinate and support DOR one-on-one meetings for Real Estate Committee preparation and deal process alignment
  • Record and distribute Real Estate Committee outcomes and decisions to relevant stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support ad hoc Real Estate driven projects such as ICSC coordination and summit planning
  • Provide support as it relates to travel coordination, Real Estate tours, and travel expense reconciliation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
  • 3 years of experience in real estate operations, coordination, or related support roles
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and experience with real estate tracking software a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate across diverse teams

Pay range

The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 / year. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant.
