

The Talent Management Specialist I is an entry-level role supporting the execution and continuous improvement of core talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and team member development. This role primarily focuses on Workday Talent module administration, reporting and analytics, and operational support. The ideal candidate is curious, tech-savvy, and eager to build expertise in talent systems, data, and HR operations.

Overview of Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day talent operations, including administering tasks in Workday (e.g., performance reviews, talent profiles, succession plans)
- Manage and track HR tickets/cases related to talent processes and escalate as needed
- Run recurring talent reports and assist with data pulls as directed; coordinate with the analytics team on complex or custom requests.
- Troubleshoot and respond to team member inquiries regarding performance and talent management tools
- Assist in testing and maintaining Workday talent-related business processes
- Document procedures and maintain job aids to support team adoption of tools and processes
- Provide light data analysis and build basic reports, dashboards, or summaries to identify trends or process improvements
- Support project tracking, coordination, and communications for talent programs
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proficiency/Mastery in Excel and general comfort with HR systems or tools (Workday strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive communicator and collaborator with a willingness to learn

Preferred:
- Experience or coursework in data analysis, reporting, or system administration
- Previous HR internship, project work, or exposure to performance or talent-related topics
